Long time no post

Ok, so please don’t bite my hand off for not posting in the last few days. I’ve been busy with work and Big brother and stuff.

Anyway, i didn’t achieve my feat of doing 10 fingertip pressups by Friday I managed 8 before collapsing so im aiming for 10 by this wednesday. Nothing impressive, but my arms are growing!

Anyway, todays post can relate to Tennis. What a fantastic final of Wimbledon 2008 between Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. Fantastic 5 set thriller and i was hoping Federer could come from behind and win but now is the age of the youngster Nadal who has biceps i am jelous of. Anyway, fantastic match and the only time i have ever watched Tennis for over 5 hours!
