Fingertip Pushups

So, my workout regime is coming along well. Ok, so I don’t have any structure, but I have been doing some workout, most of which are pressups, which I seem to enjoy doing. Yep, strange isn’t it? But whenever I get a minute to spare, it’s doen on the floor and fdoing pressups, whether it is while my fmoods in the microwave, im down and doing pressups, while my bath is running and even in the morning while I wait for my uncle to come and collect me for work.
I tend to do a set of 10 reps, or depending on the type of pressups 5 reps or even 20. 10 reps are the general press ups on your palms. I also tend to do 10 – 15 on my knuckles, which is another good press up workout. But, the one im most proud of is the fingertip pushup. Yep, no palms, just fingertips to do pushups. Now I can do 5 reps, but I am hoping to be able to do around 20 per time by Friday which would be a great achievement. And, I love the pain experienced in my biceps as they exert muscly vibrations into the surrounding atmostphere. Ok, so I am not exerting vibrations, but you do feel better and less self concious after a workout.
So, to cap it off, a couple of quick stats, and then I will post full details of workout and bicep sizes on Thurday when I’m off work.
So, height : 5 foot 8 inches
And weight : 54.2 Kilograms
