Workout Overload
Every guy wants a six pack, and watching Big Brother has made me envious of the guys who have. So now, i am going to do something about it. I am going to start working out. No, not get a six pack in 6 weeks but just generally work out. I have all the materials need, including running machines, weights and laminate flooring for pressups. Oh, and a full size and weight punchbag.
So, i already do pressups, and my puny arms have increased quite a bit in the last few weeks, so i am thinking, what better way to fill out and grow than with muscle. That way, i look better, feel more confident and it would be happy to see people envious of me. But, i have a problem. What should my deadline be? I have a holiday in 4 weeks, for which this muscular bodsy would be perfect, but i won’t be able to achieve by then. Well, what about college? It starts in about 7 weeks, gives mea fair amount of time and would be a great time to show off my new self, considering no one would of seen me as I’ve been on holiday and working all day.
I’m going to start a diary, featuring the following,
~ Weight
~ Bicep Size (Tense)
~ Do i look muscular?
All of this will be finanlised and started in the coming days, and i will hopefully post pictures of my weekly change so YOU can help me notice the difference. So, here comes a good diet and good lifestyle. Oh cr*p.
